ADHD Is Not
A Disadvantage.
It's A Different
Operating System.
I have ADHD myself. I know what it feels like to be told you're too much, not enough, scattered, difficult, dramatic. I know what it feels like to spend decades trying to operate like everyone else and wondering why it's so exhausting.
You don't need to be fixed. You need to understand how you're wired — and learn to work with it instead of against it.
This Is
Personal.
I'm currently completing my certification as an ADHD coach because I believe the conversation around ADHD needs to change. Too much focus on medication and management. Not enough on self-understanding, identity, and learning to use the way your brain works as the asset it actually is.
You should absolutely be able to get diagnosed and choose your own path. But there is another way to look at this — one that starts with understanding yourself rather than fixing yourself.
This page is just the beginning. More is coming.
Because
Awareness
Matters.
After a reel about masking — about being told to be good, to be quiet, to be less — went viral on my Instagram, I created a t-shirt. If you want to spread awareness and support Mind UK, get yours.
