1 on 1 hypno coaching sessions 

  • Initial Connection and Preparation: The session starts with an online video call ( I prefer Zoom) where we will discuss your goals and challenges.
  • Hypnosis and Subconscious Work: I will use various techniques, verbal cues and visualization through the screen to lead the client into a hypnotic state, targeting the subconscious mind to instil positive changes and address limiting beliefs.
  • Integration and Action Steps: After hypnosis, I will help you return to full awareness, reinforce insights, set actionable goals, and provide follow-up materials or schedule future sessions to support ongoing progress.

Many clients report feeling relaxed, calm, and more focused immediately after their first session.

Within 1 to 3 sessions (typically spaced over 1-2 weeks), many clients begin to notice tangible changes, such as reduced cravings (e.g., for smoking or overeating), improved sleep, or greater confidence in specific situations.

For deeper issues like phobias, chronic stress, or long-standing behavioural patterns, significant results often emerge after 3 to 6 sessions (over 4-8 weeks). These changes become more stable and lasting as the subconscious mind fully integrates new beliefs and behaviours.
An interesting finding is that the subconscious mind, which hypnosis targets, processes information up to 200,000 times faster than the conscious mind. This explains why some clients experience rapid shifts in behavior or perception, even if they don’t consciously “feel” different right away. For example, a client might stop a bad habit like smoking without fully understanding why, simply because the subconscious has accepted the new suggestion.
