Privacy Policy

• Your email address (and name if you give it) when you ask for the free chapter, join a waitlist or sign up through a form on Instagram or Facebook. I use it to send you what you asked for and occasional emails from me. Lawful basis: your consent.
• Your name, email and payment details when you buy the book or a session. Payments are handled by Payhip and Stripe; I never see your card details. Lawful basis: contract.
• Anything you tell me on a discovery call or in sessions, kept confidential and used only to work with you. Lawful basis: contract and your explicit consent.
• Basic, anonymous site statistics (pages visited, device, country) to see what's useful.

Mailchimp (email list), Payhip and Stripe (payments), Meta (Instagram and Facebook lead forms and ads), and my website host. Some of these are based in the US and use standard contractual clauses to protect your data.

Email list data until you unsubscribe; purchase records for 6 years for tax; session notes for 7 years after our last session.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or just email me. If you're unhappy you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
